30 GPS Navigation System: Navigation display unit, navigation control module and navigation system wiring harness.

The components covered and schedule of benefits are clearly stated on the inside of the back cover.

Consequential Damage

Consequential damage or loss to an insured component caused by the failure of an insured or non-insured component is covered as clearly defined on the inside of the back cover.

Tow-in

Towing to the nearest approved dealer or competent repairer (subject to the limit of liability).

Car Hire/Public Transport

Car hire or public transport by a recognised hire company up to the limit of liability. This benefit excludes fuel and insurance and is available if the repairing dealer is unable to complete the work within 8 working hours after authorisation of the claim, excluding delays caused by unavailability of components.

Hotel Accommodation

Overnight accommodation if the breakdown occurs in excess of 100 kilometers radius from the Insured's place of residence [subject to the limit of liability]. In the event of an authorised claim.

Installment Payment Protection

Should repairs be delayed for 14 days or more including public holidays and weekends, from date of claims authorisation, as a result of components not being available, SA Warranties will reimburse the Insured for that portion of the monthly installment for which the vehicle repairs were delayed subject to the limit of liability.

Insurance Excess Payment

Where the vehicle is a total loss and the excess cannot be recovered under another policy SA Warranties will reimburse the excess up to the limits of liability subject to a new SA Warranties policy being taken out on the replacement vehicle.

Cancellation of Policies

Should you request the cancellation of this policy, all costs incurred up to that date including commissions will be deducted and the customary short term rates will apply to the balance.

SUCH REQUEST MUST BE MADE IN WRITING.

No refund will be made if a claim has been paid under this Policy. If the Policy has been financed by a bank or financial institution or forms part of a suspensive sale agreement, the refund will be paid to the bank or financial institution.

Betterment

It is not the intention, implied or otherwise, of this warranty to make new vehicles from old. Where the repair requires new or exchange units which, in the opinion of SA Warranties. are in excess of what is necessary to make good the repair, then the difference in cost will be met by the Insured. If in doubt, the Insured should consult the Claims Office
